Grand Pianodrome

Kickstarted with a crowdfunder and in partnership with Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh and Creative Scotland the first fully functional and publically accessible hundred-seater Pianodrome amphitheatre made entirely from up-cycled pianos (down to the flathead screws holding it together) was made manifest during the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2018.

With five sections of seating each with a playable piano and its own bespoke floor, netling under a geodesic dome cover the Grand Pianodrome is magic and can be installed almost anywhere.

The Grand Pianodrome is currently installed in our warehouse workshop in Granton, Edinburgh.
